
Admission Procedures
The Duncan Academy will accept the enrollment of children 6 weeks to 12 years after the following have been successfully completed:
- Personal Interview with the parent regarding enrollment.This includes a plan for communication between the parent, child and staff, addressing questions and concerns regarding discipline policies, and discussion of child's individual needs and goals for him/her while in the center.
- Completing and submitting all enrollment forms, permission slips, and health screenings.
- Submitting signed copy of enrollment book sheet, acknowledging that you have read and understand all of the policies of The Duncan Academy (including but not limited to sick policy, payment schedule, arrival and pick ups, meals, birthday, field trips, holidays, and parental responsibilities) .
- Payment of $35.00 non-refundable enrollment fee and first week's tuition.
