Monkeys
Our class time through the school year will start around 9:30 am. We will be teaching them their shapes and colors to start out with. We will also start out counting 1-10 and then at the beginning of the year they will start learning the numbers visually and we will start counting through 20 at that time. The same learning pattern will occur with the alphabet. Although they most likely won't know all the letters visually by the time they move to the next class it will be a great start!
We will be doing table time daily whether it is painting, shaving cream or coloring with markers or crayons. We also will do circle time daily, and during circle time we all sit on the floor and read stories to them or we will do flashcards, puzzles, blocks etc. We will also set aside a time during each day for them to burn some energy usually with music and dance or going outside. We will try to go outside every chance we get weather permitting.
